Sarah is a graduate of Slippery Rock University with a bachelors degree in Exercise Science. After graduation, she continued on to become a certified Yoga teacher. Her passion for exercise and wellness started at a young age when she began to fight an uphill battle against her own autoimmune disease and traditional medicine. In college, she found alternative ways of healing her mind and body through essential oils and natural herbs. When she’s not teaching yoga, you can find her lifting weights at the gym. Her goal as a Yoga teacher and a Wellness Support Specialist, is to make the world a happier and healthier place by sharing her knowledge and passion for holistic healing.
